Reading Liquid Supplement Labels
Liquid labels have their own quirks. Here is what to check on a dropper bottle.
Serving size
Look for the serving in mL or droppers. If the label says “1 or 2 droppers” without a volume, you cannot calculate your dose.
Amounts
A good panel lists each ingredient with an amount. A list of names only, as with MeltCore’s materials, does not.
Other ingredients
Liquids may contain water, glycerin, alcohol or flavors. Check for allergens or ingredients you avoid.
Storage and shaking
Shake well and store as directed. Check the bottle for an expiry date.
