Editorial Standards

How we research and write about products on this site.

Research

We read the product’s label and offer materials, plus independent write-ups, and cite public health sources such as the NIH and FDA for general information.

What we will not do

We do not say a supplement treats a disease, burns fat or detoxifies. We do not invent ingredient amounts, studies, testimonials or ratings.

Missing or conflicting information

If a brand does not publish amounts, or makes a claim we cannot verify, we say so and tell you what to check.

Affiliate relationship

We may earn a commission from links on this site. That does not change what we say about a product’s limits.
